Southern Pacific Railroad Depot

The impending demolition of the Livermore Southern pacific Depot was the driving force behind the organization of the Livermore Heritage Guild in 1973. The Depot was saved by a joint effort of concerned citizens and the Livermore City Council. The Concerned citizens quickly went on to form the Livermore Heritage Guild. The building is on south L Street and downtown Livermore, near Railroad Avenue.
